Who Knew? Speaker Series Featuring
Learn about Emeritus Professor Scott Hewitt's journey of becoming an ultrarunner in the face of challenging health issues. He has completed 50 mile runs, with up to a 15,000 ft. vertical gain, in less than 10 hours. Scott has overcome numerous challenges through perseverance and experimenting on himself. He will share tips on exercise, nutrition, and improving your health span. guests will have a chance to eat a selection of foods that he normally eats on his runs!
