Celebrate the Return of Cursive
Can you imagine going to see the Constitution and not being able to read it or other historical documents? In 2010, cursive writing stopped being a teaching requirement before being introduced back into the California's curriculum in 2024. Thanks to Assembly Bill 446, elementary students have started once again to learn how to read and write in cursive. Assemblywoman Sharon Quirk-Silva will talk about how the Bill came to pass and a team of onsite coaches will help you brush up on your cursive skills.
